Private, one-on-one tarot and mediumship readings hosted in a group setting.
Private Group Readings are ideal for small gatherings where guests want personal insight in a relaxed, grounded environment. Each participant receives an individual reading in a quiet, private space, while the rest of the group mingles in a shared area. These sessions are not gallery-style or group readings. Each guest receives a private one-on-one reading, thoughtfully hosted within a group gathering.
What to Expect
Each Private Group Reading begins with a short welcome and introduction. At the start of the event, Toni will:
– Introduce herself and her approach to intuitive work
– Offer a brief demonstration of the human energy system using dowsing rods
– Explain how energy, awareness, and intuition interact during a reading
This opening sets a grounded, educational tone and helps guests feel comfortable before individual readings begin. After the introduction, guests rotate through their scheduled private, one-on-one readings.
Reading Options
Guests book one reading type per session. Tarot and Mediumship are offered separately to maintain clarity and focus:
15 Minute Readings – $35
Tarot: Three card spread for focused insight and practical guidance
Mediumship: Flame reading for spirit-based messages and energetic awareness
30 Minute Readings – $60
Tarot: Celtic cross card spread for an in-depth exploration of current influences, challenges and direction
Mediumship: Flame & psychometry readings for a deeper connection and layered information
Booking Requirements
Private Group Readings are booked as a time-based event rather than by the number of guests.
Minimum booking: 2 hours total reading time
Maximum booking: 3 hours total reading time
Any combination of 15 and 30-minute readings may be booked. Bookings close 48 hours before the event. The event proceeds only if the minimum booked time is met by the booking cutoff.
Host Booking & Deposit
To hold a date, the host books a 30-minute reading, which serves as a non-refundable deposit.
– The host reading counts towards the total booked time
– The host reading secures the date and confirms intent
– If needed, the host may choose to switch their reading to 15 minutes to allow space for an additional guest
– The host reading remains valid regardless of guest turnout, as it secures the reserved time.
This structure keeps booking clear, fair, and low-stress for everyone involved.
If the Minimum Booking Time is Not Met
If the 2-hour minimum booking requirement is not met by the 48-hour cutoff:
– The private group event will not proceed
– All booked readings (host and guests) will be moved to Toni’s next available public reading day in Winnipeg
– No refunds are issued
Travel & Location
Private Group Readings are offered within the following travel structure:
Zone 1: Winnipeg & Toni’s local communities – travel included
Zone 2: Locations outside the local area – a flat travel fee applies
Extended Travel: Available by special arrangement
Travel details and any applicable fees are confirmed at the time of booking approval.
Environment Guidelines
To ensure a calm and respectful experience, the following is required:
– A quiet, private room must be available for readings
– Readings are one-on-one and not shared with the group
– Guests rotate through individually while others mingle in a common area
– Children 11 or younger should not be present
– The host is responsible for guest coordination and timing
These guidelines help maintain focus, privacy and energetic clarity throughout the event.
How to Request a Private Group Reading
Private Group Readings are booked by request and subject to availability.
1. Book a Private Group Reading by completing form.
2. Set the date with Toni & the host books their 30-minute reading to reserve the date.
3. Guests receive a private booking link to reserve and pay for their time slots.
4. The event is confirmed once the minimum booking requirement is met.
Availability is limited and subject to approval.
